Terms & Booking Policies

• Scheduled consultations are $50, paid when you book.
• The consultation payment is non-refundable and is applied toward your service.
• New extension clients complete a consultation before their first install so we can match color and plan your look.

• Install deposits hold your appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once payment goes through.
• Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund.
• Inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
• Refunds are processed manually (not automatically), usually after the cancellation is reviewed.
• To reschedule, cancel and rebook, or call/text us and we'll help.

• Appointments require at least 24 hours notice.
• You can book up to 60 days ahead.

Savvy Strands is fully mobile and based in Stayton, Oregon. Travel fees are based on driving distance from Stayton and are calculated from your address and shown before you pay — you'll always see the exact amount at checkout.

• Have clean, completely dry hair (no oils or heavy product).
• Provide a comfortable chair with good lighting and an accessible outlet nearby.
• Let us know about parking, stairs and pets when you book so we can plan the setup.
