Privacy Policy

• Your name, email address and phone number when you request a consultation, take the hair quiz or book.
• Your service address when you book a mobile appointment, so we can check travel distance and come to you.
• Booking details: the service you choose, add-ons, date and time, and your hair questionnaire answers.
• Account information when you sign in (your email address is used to send your sign-in link).
• An optional photo of your current hair if you use the AI Hair Match tool (see below).

If you use the AI Hair Match tool, the selfie you upload is sent to an AI service to generate your recommendation. Savvy Strands does not store that photo. Your recommendation and quiz answers may be saved so we can follow up on your request.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by Savvy Strands. We keep a record of what you paid (amounts, deposits and refunds) so we can manage your booking.

• To book, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointments.
• To contact you about your booking or consultation request.
• To calculate travel fees based on driving distance from Stayton, Oregon.
• To keep your client history so repeat visits are easier.

We do not sell your information.

If configured, this site can use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure page visits, consultation requests and paid bookings, and to understand whether advertising is working. These optional tools load only after you accept non-essential tracking. They receive limited event details such as the page, service category, booking value, currency and booking reference — not your name, contact details, address, hair questionnaire or photos.

You can view and cancel your bookings any time from the client portal. If tracking is configured, you can accept or decline it without affecting booking and reopen “Privacy choices” to change your selection. Your choice is saved on this device.
